The whole experience was really great. I had warm and cheap room for 2days. The staff was amiable on arrival and throughout the stay. The location of the hotel was prime - within a close distance from Country Tonite Theatre.

This place is just perfect! the facilities are really comfortable and the staff is so nice. the location is awesome, super close to everything around here. Oh, and the pool area is really great too! 🏊♂️

It was very quiet.
The bed was very low to the floor, and hard, and the sheets smelled funny. There was some kind of bug there, I seen three while I was there, not sure what it was. A young milipede, or larva of some kind? The staff were ok. Some of them smiled and spoke, but The lady at the front desk never smiled, and only spoke when spoken to.

Neat room with clean towels and a clean pool. Absolutely perfect location, very close to the Titanic Museum, Pigeon Forge, and restaurants.

Affordable and clean hotel room with a super comfortable bed and private bathroom. Convenient amenities like central heating, flat screen cable TV, and a microwave provided.

We went to the Blackwoods Breakfast Show which was right across the street. The convenience was wonderful when taking into consideration the location of the shows we chose to see.
The only thing I didn't care for was the fact the room was booked for my husband and myself, but we only had 1 coffee packet and 1 cup. I could have gone to the front desk for more, but when you book for two people the accommodations should be there. I work for another hotel and I guess I'm spoiled.

I liked the room and the spa it was very relaxing and clean.I Would stay there again.The room was really clean. The only thing was I wish it had been on the front to see all the lights.
